A brushable/rollable, zero VOC polymeric coating that has been specially formulated as a high performance damp concrete waterproofer. Water Chasing Waterproofer that has penetrated into the concrete cannot delaminate or peel off, because it has penetrated deeply inside the wet porous substrate where it cures and provides a vapor barrier. It seals damp concrete, yet can be used on other porous surfaces. Surface must be clean and porous for product to work. It has a 45 minute working time (Temperature / Humidity Dependent), and a fast return to service. Water Chasing Waterproofer is a two-component coating and has a 1 to 1 mix ratio of Side A to Side B. The 2 Quart Kit will coat 100-160 sq ft.
